To help preserve the environment
for us, and the next generations
PP compound filled with sunflowershell,
to be used for injection molding processes.
The shell of the sunflower has natural properties which does effect the compounded material in several positive ways.
Works with existing injection molding tools
Reduced cycle times (up to 45%)
Energy saving by reducing the process temperature from 240 °C to 170 °C
Reduction of sink lines (due the natural stiffness of the the sunflower shell)
Reduction of your carbon footprint
